The local heart behind Handy®
My name is Fausto Lampis, I was born in Cagliari, and this city has never ceased to surprise me.
Its unique light, its deep roots, its daily life made up of tradition and landscapes: this is where I chose to give shape to a project that stems from a genuine passion for travelling and a visceral love for the land.
Travelling, organising and making connections: these are the three things that make me feel alive.
That is why I created Handy®, a service created to accompany curious travellers, guide them with discretion and competence, and ensure that every moment spent in Cagliari and its vast territory becomes an experience to remember.

Handy® is not a guide, not a tour operator, not a travel agency.
It is a new way of travelling: human, tailor-made.
We are the reference point for those who arrive, the bridge between those who visit and those who experience the place.
We offer customised tourist assistance, based on listening and in-depth knowledge of Cagliari and its metropolitan area, which comprises no less than 17 municipalities: an area that holds archaeological sites, museums, spectacular beaches, natural parks, villages, shops, people and stories that deserve to be experienced with awareness and respect.

My experience
For years I worked in the Ho.Re.Ca. (Hotellerie-Restaurant-Café) sector in Italy and abroad, at the seaside and in the mountains.
This experience taught me that welcoming cannot be improvised: it requires listening, attention and a sincere desire to make the other person feel good.
I have helped hundreds of travellers turn logistical difficulties into memorable experiences, simply by offering local knowledge and a friendly voice on the ground.
My vision
I grew up among the alleys of Cagliari and the curves of Poetto: the 'home' beach of the Cagliari people.
I know the known Cagliari and the secret Cagliari, the places that make the heart beat and those just waiting to be discovered.
Organising itineraries is part of my nature.
I used to do it for friends and relatives, today I do it for anyone who wants to experience a well-kept, authentic, tailor-made stay.
