These Terms of Use, together with the privacy statement pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR (General data protection regulation) EU REGULATION No. 679 of 27.4.2016, apply to all use of the Website.
Users may use it only on condition that they have read and understood the Privacy Policy found at the link and have accepted the Terms of Use.

6. Registration
6.1 In general, the use and display of the site may take place anonymously.
6.2 The purchase of the tourist consulting service requires prior registration on the website. During registration, the user submits an electronic form containing the required data and agrees to the General Terms and Conditions.
The user must be 18 years of age or older to register on the site and purchase advice.
7. Purchase options and services offered :
Handycagliari offers its customers several purchase options:
7.1 Purchase of standard tourist itineraries, to be purchased on the site, in both printed and digital form.
The digital version will be sent by e-mail immediately after the purchase, while the paper version can be delivered to the customer at our office, or delivered to the accommodation facility chosen for the stay at the same time as the welcome letter.
The standard itineraries can be used in total autonomy to get to know the main tourist attractions. They contain a logical and practical itinerary with a description and brief historical notes on each attraction, as well as advice on monuments, museums, exhibitions, archaeological and natural sites not to be missed, refreshment points and various services that may be useful to the tourist.
7.2 Highly customised programmes drawn up on the basis of the customer's request, taking into account the personal needs or needs of the user nucleus with regard to passions, interests, spending budget, etc. . These customised programmes shall be programmed by remote consulting at least 10 days before the date of use, in the manner most congenial to the customer, i.e.: video call, by e-mail or specific questionnaire, in any case any practical and congenial modality that is easy for the customer and supplier to use for customisation.
7.3 In order to book the personalised consultation, it will be necessary to contact handycagliari, which will assess availability and confirm the availability based on the date of arrival and length of stay
Once the payment has been made Handycagliari organises and plans according to the indications that will be provided during the consultation phase by the customer in the manner indicated in point 7.2 above .

7.4 Upon arrival in the city, an information briefing with the personal advisor with an illustration of the visit programme and release of tourist information can be requested at the customer's chosen accommodation facility or at our offices, subject to booking agreed upon during the consultation phase.

On-site telephone assistance at the times indicated in the service purchased.
8. Purchase service
8.1 A user interested in an itinerary to one of the proposed services may purchase the service directly online by entering some mandatory data up to payment.
After completing the purchase - and the corresponding payment - the customer will receive within 24 hours a pdf file if he/she purchased a standard itinerary, and the paper version by post, to the address indicated, if requested.
8.2 For the customised programme, the customer will first be contacted by email, with the instructions and modalities made available for customisation and remote consulting .
8.3 The personal advisor may request additional contacts to complete the information and understand the client's needs; the client will then have all the information needed to develop a tailor-made visit programme, guaranteeing the best possible stay in our territory .

8.4 With reference to the "Information Briefing" options, the customer will also be invited to choose the time slot of his/her preference (between morning, afternoon and evening) for the individual meeting.

8.5 With reference to the personalised services handycagliari may, at its own discretion and if it deems it necessary, send the customer a further e-mail requesting an additional interview in the event additional information to that already communicated is required.
8.6 With regard to contacts made personally and under its own responsibility by the customer with the chosen hotels, carriers and caterers, it shall leave handycagliari and the personal advisor completely uninvolved with respect to such and subsequent agreements.
8.7 All requests, claims, disputes concerning transport, accommodation and any other services requested and purchased personally by the customer shall be addressed exclusively to the service provider.

9. Right of Revocation and Refunds
9.1 In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, after having made the purchase and payment, the customer decides he/she no longer wishes to avail him/herself of the dedicated tourist advisory service, handycagliari guarantees a refund of an amount that varies according to the time at which he/she is informed of the revocation, as follows
a) up to 30 days from the start of the stay reimbursement of 70%
b) 29 to 21 days from the start of the stay refund of the 50%
c) 20 to 11 days from the start of the stay refund of 30%
d) from 10 to 0 days from the beginning of the stay no refund.

9.2 The reimbursement, determined in accordance with point 9.1, shall be made via paypal, taking into account the payment method used by the customer, within seven days of the request for cancellation of the purchased service.
In the case of the use of credit cards with a monthly charge, the exact date of the reimbursement will depend on the contractual conditions of the user's credit card.

10 It is the right of the consumer Customer to promote out-of-court settlement of disputes relating to consumer relations by having recourse to the procedures under Part V, Title II-bis of the Consumer Code (ADR - Alternative Dispute Resolution).

10.1 The consumer resident in Europe is hereby informed that the European Commission has set up an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool.
This instrument may be used by the European consumer to settle non-judicially any disputes relating to and/or arising from contracts for the sale of goods and services concluded online.

11. Vexatious Clauses

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the customer declares that he/she has carefully read and separately and specifically approves the clauses of the points listed in 1. Point 10. of the above-listed detail concerning the terms and conditions of service of the www.handycagliari.it website.
